The Luton Acting Hub workshops have attendee limits. To ensure that everyone has fair access to the workshops, we operate on strict refunds & cancellations policy.

i. Once paid: We will not be able to refund payment for workshops.

ii. Once paid: If you cannot attend the workshop and you notify us 48 hours prior to the workshop, you may receive a credit for one of the next workshops. Credits are provided at our own discretion and are only granted provided you notify us in writing of your wish to cancel 2 days in advance of course start time.

iii. There will be no refunds or reimbursements if you are inappropriate towards others, whether you are in a workshop or during a course.

iiii. You are able to ask for a refund no later than one week once a Luton Acting Hub course has started. No refunds will be given after one week of a course starting.

We allow a bank transfer payment option for your convenience. If you elect to pay via bank transfer and fail to make good on your payment, you are liable for that payment regardless of whether you attend classes or not. This is because your booking has preventing others from joining the class. Your failure to pay will result in your being refused access to our classes and courses in future and an immediate request for you to pay the funds you owe.

NOTE, you cannot ‘transfer’ or reschedule a booking of workshop. If you are requesting a transfer, you are requesting a cancellation of a contract previously made with us, in which case, our cancellation policy will then apply.
